What it is & why it matters
Equipment review, treatment checks, and a functional flow test.
Accessible well components are checked, including the well head, pump, pressure tank and controls, softener, filters, and UV equipment when present. Water is sampled before and after treatment equipment to help verify that the installed system is functioning as intended.
A flow test is also conducted to observe water delivery and system performance under sustained demand. Together, these checks give the buyer a practical picture of the well equipment, treatment system, and available flow before taking ownership.
