What it is & why it matters
Lab analysis that shows whether indoor mold spores are elevated.
Indoor air samples are collected and compared with an outdoor control sample. An independent laboratory identifies the types and concentrations of mold spores so the results can show whether indoor levels are elevated compared with outdoor conditions.
Air sampling provides objective information when there are musty odors, past moisture problems, or other mold concerns. If visible suspect growth is found, a surface swab can also be collected for an additional fee.
- Indoor and outdoor air samples
- Independent laboratory analysis
